What can we do in Teams?
You can be able to:
Assigning a task owner establishes accountability and ownership for the task. When a specific individual is responsible for the task's completion, they feel a sense of ownership and are more likely to take initiative and see the task through to completion.
With a clear task owner, communication and collaboration become more efficient. Team members know who to reach out to for questions or concerns, and the task owner can provide clear direction and updates to the team.
- Nominate Chair and update Q WHS Statistics

HOW TO MONITOR THE TEAM ACTIONS?
After you open the Team details, all team members will be able to see 3 types of Team Actions, (1) Current Actions, (2) Recently Completed, and (3) All Completed.
All Team Members can monitor all the Team Action that is not yet completed under Current Actions. Any member of the team can edit the Team Actions and put the Comments on Current Status or End Result of Action, and Comments on Effectiveness of Action.
By monitoring the status of Team Actions, it helps to keep everyone on the team informed about the status of the project. It also helps to ensure that the team is constantly learning and improving. By reviewing progress regularly, the team can identify areas where they can improve their processes and make changes as needed.

What's the difference between job deliverables and actions?
Job deliverables and actions are closely related concepts, but they have distinct meanings:
Job Deliverables:
Job Deliverables:
- Outcome-oriented: Deliverables are the tangible or intangible outputs expected from a job or project. They represent the completed work that demonstrates progress or achievement.
- Measurable: Deliverables usually have clear criteria for completion, making it easy to assess whether they have been met and to what standard.
- Focus on results: The emphasis is on the finished product or service, not the actions taken to get there.
- Process-oriented: Tasks are the individual steps or activities required to complete a job or deliverable. They break down the work into smaller, actionable units.
- Actionable: Tasks are specific and actionable, describing what needs to be done.
- Time-bound: They often have timeframes associated with them, helping with managing workflow and deadlines.
