What are Induction Activities?
Induction activities, also known as onboarding activities, are a series of processes and activities designed to help new employees transition smoothly into their new roles and become productive members of the organisation. WHEN USING THE H FACTOR SYSTEM
What will happen after the induction activities were assigned to the employee?
After the new employee or existing employee accepted the employment offer, the Induction activities will be added to the My Personal Actions automatically.
Managers or system administrators (H Keepers) can also add a new induction activities at any time. Once assigned to the employee, the induction activities will appear in their My Actions page. When the action is completed then the system will also update the induction activity as having been completed by the employee.

HOW CAN WE TRACK THE INDUCTION ACTIVITIES ASSIGNED TO THE EMPLOYEES?
Under the HR tab, go to Induction Activities and there you will be able to see Assigned Induction Activities Summary. You can check the summary by (1) Due this month, (2) Overdue and (3) All Assigned. Here you can see the details of the Induction Activities such as (1) Activity Name, (2) Assigned to, (3) Position, (4) Due Date, (5) Completed Date, (6) Renewal Date and (7) Supervised by.
can we manage recurring induction activities?
When assigning a new induction activity, if it is recurring then a renewal date can be entered and the system will automatically insert the recurring activity 30 days before the due date and it will show in the employee's My Actions.
