All of these plans come with your virtual assistant
Your assistant is there to give you guidance, support, and the practical help for you to get the most from your investment in us. They have been especially trained in The H Factor system, and the people management processes that it instills. During your trial period your assistant will reach out to guide you through the system features and setup, and after your trial period they will be available to you for assistance with building out your management system, and after your trial they bring ongoing expertise to keep it up to date and running effectively. They will get to know your business and you will have their direct email for when you need their help. You could ask them to draft job descriptions, policies or procedures, induction activities, or set up your job offers/contracts.
Our fair play policy is that we allow some flexibility. If you regularly exceed the hours in your plan then you can upgrade your plan to increased regular hours, or if you have a short term need for extra help then you can purchase additional hours at $25 each. Similarly, any unused hours in a month are forfeited and do not carry forward.
