Latest system updates

• Induction Activities - When assigning an induction activity to an employee, you can now set the importance level as well as the due date for its completion. When the activities are listed in the employees My Actions, they are sorted by due date and importance.

• Career Development Conversation - The outcome conversation is now called the career development conversation. It now includes fields specific to employee career goals, skills development, job experience needs, and networking objectives. This better enables employees and their manager to collaborate on career development and progression.

• Culture Survey - On the My Station tab there is now a seperate page for the culture survey. This makes it easier for everyone to participate in the survey.  The survey is anonymous and the data is collated via the Insights page under the HR tab.
